Are you a Facebook Lover who want to buy a Facebook Android Phone?

It has been a little long for the Facebook Android phone. Finally Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg confirmed that at its event this week, Facebook check out their “new home on Android,” and rumors suggested that a new HTC phone would make an appearance.

The new HTC phone named Myst.
Rumored specs for the device include a 4.3 inch 720p display, 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon chip, 5 megapixel rear camera, 1.6 megapixel front camera, 16 GB storage, 1 GB RAM, and support for AT&T’s 4G LTE network.  And the price, most people concern it would between
$50-99 with a two year contract.

And why it is a Facebook Phone?  The device is said to feature a new version of Facebook’s Android app, and offer deep software integration into other parts of the phone. That means we should expect a Facebook news feed on the homescreen, Facebook camera app, Facebook messages, and a Facebook contacts manager. We should also see a new stand alone version of the Facebook app announced for other Android devices.

On the surface, it does not appear that the HTC First is a very exciting phone. We still don’t know exactly what Facebook will reveal, so we are hoping there are some other surprises in store. I would love to see an unlocked version priced around $199, but we will have to wait and see what happens.

Even though the HTC First might not appeal to the hardcore Android faithful, I’m sure we all know a couple people who might go after this phone. If it’s priced right and has an intuitive user interface, it could be the perfect device for a first-time smartphone buyer.
